The Plymouth Fury (1956–1989) is one of the longest-running American model names. Major eras: the 1956–1958 limited-edition gold-and-white sport coupes, the 1959–1961 cars (including the famous 1958 Fury behind Stephen King's 'Christine'), the 1962–1964 'plucked chicken' B-body cars, the 1965–1974 full-size Fury C-body, the 1975–1978 Fury B-body, and the M-body Fury of 1980–1989.
