The Lincoln Continental Mark IV (1972–1976) was Lincoln's personal-luxury coupe — a long-hood, opera-window-roofed two-door that defined American personal-luxury styling in the early 1970s. With its enormous hood and minimal-trunk proportions, available 460 V8 power, and dramatic Designer Series editions, the Mark IV is one of the most distinctive 1970s American cars.
