The Lincoln Capri (1952–1959) was a top-trim Lincoln, sitting alongside the senior Cosmopolitan in the early postwar lineup. The 1952–1955 Capris, with their 317-cubic-inch Y-block V8 and Mexico-Pan-American-Road-Race racing heritage, are the most active collector Capris today — Bill Stroppe-prepared Capris won the open Pan American class in 1953 and 1954.
