Auto City Classic - Special

The Buick Special (1936–1958, 1961–1969, with breaks) was Buick's entry-level full-size and later compact car. The 1936–1949 prewar and early postwar cars on the Series 40 chassis are popular restoration targets, as are the 1961–1963 senior compact aluminum-V8 cars and the 1964–1969 A-body Specials that seeded the Skylark line.
